Productivity is not the grail. Zero in on focus

I have been looking for the holy grail of productivity for a long time. I read books, listened to podcasts, attended courses. Then I realized that productivity was not what I was looking for — what I wanted was to focus on what's important, get in and get out.

I am working on not getting replacing the productivity journey with a focus pilgrimage.
